Lean and mildly flavoured
Haddock is caught in the same areas as the cod, i.e. the North Sea and the northern atlantic ocean around Iceland.
Season: caught mainly from January to May, but available throughout the year. Haddock is available as seafrozen whole fish.
Haddock is available as frozen whole fish or fillets, skin-on or skinless. Packed IQF, layer or in industrial blocks.
