 Primarily caught in the North Atlantic and Barents Sea, cod is one of the most popular fish in the world. Its flesh is white with a firm texture and has a relatively low fat content. Our cod is available salted, dried, fresh or frozen, whole or fillets. Fillets are available skin-on or skinless. 

WILD CAUGHT COD

The flesh of the cod is white with a firm texture. Cod is mainly used salted, dried, and for fresh or frozen fillets. Catch is throughout the year. Cod is available as frozen whole fish or fillets, skin-on or skinless. Packed either IQF, layer or in industrial blocks.
