Atlantic Cod (Gadus morhua) is one of the world’s most sought-after whitefish species. At Sirena Group, we supply premium wild Atlantic Cod sourced from the North Atlantic and Barents Sea, for seafood wholesalers, processors, retailers, and foodservice customers worldwide.
Its flesh is white with a firm texture and has a relatively low fat content. Our cod is available salted, dried, fresh or frozen, whole or fillets. Fillets are available skin-on or skinless.

The flesh of the cod is white with a firm texture. Cod is mainly used salted, dried, and for fresh or frozen fillets. Catch is throughout the year. Cod is available as frozen whole fish or fillets, skin-on or skinless. Packed either IQF, layer or in industrial blocks.
