Haddock belongs to the same family as cod and is caught in the North Sea and the Northern Atlantic. It’s slightly smaller but with the same excellent lean and mild flavor. Our haddock is available as frozen whole fish and fillets, skin-on or skinless.
LEAN & MILD FLAVOUR
Haddock is caught in the same areas as the cod, i.e. the North Sea and the Norther Atlantic Ocean around Iceland. The seasonal period for haddock is mainly from January to May but can be available throughout the year.
Haddock is available as sea-frozen whole fish or fillets, skin-on or skinless. Packed IQF, layer or in industrial blocks.
